In 2020, I set out to make embodied sales and marketing support more accessible to creative solos.

Most of us need more than an online course but less than a $5K coaching package. We need embodied education and collaborative support.

I work with an energy-aligned modality to help us nourish the mindbody so we can engage with creative tension and prioritize what we need to be and work well.

I use yoga therapeutics, embodied rest, and the ritual of reflection within Marketing Mentor Sessions to help solo business owners build a sustainable foundation for ethical, values-based sales and marketing online. (You can read more about my mission and methodology here.)

I teach ethical marketing and sustainable business to women around the globe.

Since 2010, I've worked in ethical storytelling and studied the cultural implications of a creative economy without it. As a mother and an artist of words, I've stumbled my way through to prioritize mindbody wellness under the reign of capitalism.

But I’ve learned that working solo is not the fool-proof solution to getting free.

If we're not careful, thoughtful, and conscious, we’ll build our ethical, heart-centered businesses parallel to the unhealthy ways of patriarchal culture.

It’s our collective collaboration that makes this work meaningful; and I believe we're on the cusp of a cultural reawakening to collective action for holistic wellness and community care. It only requires our most precious resources: time, energy, and attention.

To that end, I’m committed to the dance of —

  • Redefining work-life structures to be sacred containers for balanced growth

  • Reprioritizing the body to create from a sense of nourishment

  • Reframing values-driven entrepreneurship to encourage and create wellness-first frameworks for sustainable energy and income

This what guides my work as your marketing mentor.

My work is playful: I don't tell you what to do or how to be.

I invite all both to get curious — to engage and explore anatomy-informed embodiment; to consider external and internal cues, ancient and modern wisdom; and to ritualize the practice of conscious movement, rest, and reflection.

This might be for your IF:

  • You like to go deep (and you don’t mind an academic lens alongside embodiment work)

  • You like to color outside the lines of conventional thinking and make your own way (with special attention to accessibility)

  • You don't fit conventional norms of 'success' (but you’re tired of drowning in systems that don’t support you well)

The question that will guide our work together is this:

How can we live, work, and be well in modern times — for ourselves and each other?

I look to the women, past and present, who have worked to answer this question time and again.
