my background in heart-centered sales.

I’ve began working as an ethical storyteller in 2010.

My work in ethical, heart-centered business and marketing started during my time as an academic researcher in Nicaragua. I lived and worked with families who gathered their resources to start a coffee cooperative and eco-tourism site in the mountains. I learned from female founders and men with generations of experience working the fields.

When I returned to the States, I started writing story-based content marketing within a local coffee shop. I taught workshops on the politics of the Fair Trade movement and wrote a thesis about the complexities of volunteer-oriented eco-tourism.

I received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Comparative Culture Studies a few months after my first daughter was born. I was 22-years-old and very nervous to take on the role of solo-parent. To stay home with my daughter, I used what I'd learned about ethical marketing to start my town's first-ever yoga studio (and later, launch a virtual movement and meditation studio during the pandemic).

In 2017, I started writing sales content for healers, therapists, and coaches - all of whom were overwhelmed by the busy-ness (and sometimes, the exhaustion) of entrepreneurship.

I developed a heart-centered approach to story-based copywriting to help my clients align their energy with impact.

In the last decade, I've helped clients make $45,000 in a single weekend flash sale (with a $47 online course!) as well as launch their first-ever Substack post, publish a workbook for print, and transition from one business to another.

I believe that the money we make matters — but it starts with the heart of why we do what we do.

I combine my training in cross-cultural studies and embodiment education with my experience as a sales copywriter and story mentor to help my clients build energetically-aligned business frameworks and ethical marketing strategies that are both authentic and effective.

I hope you’ll keep in touch.
