mission. what I aim to do.

  • Redefining work-life structures to be sacred containers for balanced growth

  • Reprioritizing the body to create from a sense of nourishment

  • Reframing values-driven entrepreneurship to encourage and create wellness-first frameworks for sustainable energy and income

manifesto.

We are creative beings, incarnated to heal together.

We don't exist without each other: Our stories entwine on purpose.

You are the creative engine who supports your work and your daily life.

I am the creative engine who supports my work and my daily life.

We do this work better together.

To nourish mind, body, and soul is to fuel creative energy from within;

and to fuel creative energy from within is to connect with Nature and to nurture the mind, body, and soul of us all.

This is what we’re tasked with.

We do this work better together.

philosophy. what I believe.

After 12 years in business (from yoga teaching to copywriting to creative mentorship), I've refined what I value and believe in — as someone who makes money doing this work and hopes to build a more conscious future for our children.

  1. We need nourishing space to grow wild — deep roots and room to breathe. We're wild animals with consciousness. We stand between worlds, entrusted with the responsibility of each other.

  2. We need the ritual return to Self/Source/Inspiration (which is less cyclical than spiracle). The spiral of intentional practice is sacred the mind calms through body-work and communion with divine energy.

  3. We need a strong foundation in practice (which requires deep trust and flexible, loving supports).

  4. Art is the core of practice. Art activates, inspires, and heals. The creative process is discovery.

  5. The body is the entrance point. The physical body is our connection to the natural world. Nature provides a natural creative rhythm and growth plan.

  6. Balance is active. Critical questions request nuance. There is space for both/and: The practical and the ethereal.

  7. Alignment comes through intentionality. Slow down to integrate. We can allow for tension in the journey. Ease is not the ultimate goal.

Framework for Growth: Grow Wild

Grow Wild is a methodology for conscious growth in life and business. We’re dancing with the 4 P’s of Presence, Play, Power, and Prosperity. It’s based upon indigenous and modern understandings of Earth’s seasons and cycles.

  1. Come Back To The Garden. Return to the practice of self. (Relates to 1, 3 in Creatrix Spiral.)

  2. Nourish Soil & Roots. Replenish nutrient-dense essentials. (Relates to 2 in Creatrix Spiral.)

  3. Prune & Guide Growth. Reflect, examine, and harvest growth. (Relates to 5, 6 in Creatrix Spiral.)

  4. Offer & Receive The Medicine. Invite people to receive your work and allow yourself to receive in return. (Relates to 4, 7 in Creatrix Spiral.)

This is the core of Grow Wild Business.

Framework for Integration: Unravel

Unravel is the integrative process of connecting the dots.

  1. Reflect. Harvest the learnings you’ve gathered through embodied study and experience.

  2. Imagine. Envision where you might make incremental adjustments and re-orient.

  3. Embody. Choose one thing to do to live within your values and this vision.

This is the core of Retreat.
