About The Teacher

ALYCIA BUENGER has been teaching slow flow and yin yoga, mindful movement, and accessible meditation classes since 2015. She opened the first-ever yoga studio in her hometown and later co-founded a virtual yoga studio and community for womxn and mothers in 2020. Now, she teaches private yoga sessions and small group series classes for beginning students and long-time practitioners throughout Northwest Ohio and online.
